For my senior product design capstone, I chose fast fashion as my topic. I knew how big the issue was but I wanted to find small ways to make a change, which is where FLORET came from. FLORET corsets are plantable, compostable tops meant to be worn 1-2 times. FLORET is a great way to raise awareness about fast fashion and avoid buying regular trendy garments that will be in fashion for a few weeks and are destined for the landfill. I created a campaign to go with it on Instagram @Floret_corsets.
